In the Gulf of California, near the city of La Paz is a paradise for water activities, this place is known as Isla Partida. This beautiful island has more than 15 thousand square meters and is one of the most interesting places to explore, as its beauty has gained international popularity and tourists from all over the world come with the sole purpose of knowing and exploring such a beautiful natural area.
The main attraction of Partida Island are the large colonies of sea lions that inhabit it, as many want to swim with the beautiful and friendly specimens found on the island. There are different ways to access Partida Island, the busiest is on the tours that take place to Espiritu Santo Island, since it is an obligatory stop there. Another way to get to the island is to start from the El Tecolote beach with kayak, a trip by direct boat or jet ski to Partida island, since the coast of the city of La Paz is around 33 kilometers.
Isla Partida can be visited at any time of the year, this makes it very accessible for tourism, but it is recommended to go in the warmest time of the year, this is in spring-summer, because it is when you can better enjoy all the attractions that this South Californian paradise offers.
