The city of La Paz stands out for its beautiful beaches, but one in particular has managed to be the city’s symbol of identification.

Balandra Beach is 27 kilometers from the city, the Sea of Cortez overflows its waters in it and dyes them with beautiful and crystalline colors that provide a landscape worth admiring.

Its waters are calm, so it is a beach suitable for water activities such as kayaking, paddling or paddle boarding. In addition, it has a rock formation known as the Balandra Mushroom that surviving time and logic, became not only a symbol of the beach, but of the entire state of Baja California Sur.
